Toga
It is a known fact that when there is relationship turmoil with the humans in a household, it negatively affects the pets of the home as well. Eight month old lab/pitt mix Toga was pulled from a very stressful home by our humane officer. He was very confused, scared, and unsure of his future. He is being taught that he doesn't have to worry about being fed each day or getting a warm place to sleep. He has shown some food aggression with his brother, Bear, but not with any humans at all. He loves all people he meets and loves to get outside and play! He does not feel that he is too big to be a lap dog, as he just loves to curl up on anyone's lap. Because of his possible food aggression with other dogs, any possible adopters with dogs already, should definitely bring them in some time to meet Toga first. As Toga realizes he will never go hungry again or be neglected in any way, he will surely settle into being a great family dog for anyone! He has already won our hearts here at the Humane Society!
