Borrow an adoptable dog from the Humane Society of Greater Dayton and explore the river corridor in downtown Dayton during these 45 minute walks. Great health benefits for you and the dog. The Humane Society will be on-site with information on their programs including microchipping, dog adoptions and information on basic dog obedience. Reservations required to walk an adoptable dog. Call (937) 274-0126 to reserve your adoptable dog or register online. Weather dependent.

(Parks & Rec) Doggie Dive at Wilson Park Pool
Come
to the pool and swim with your best friend. $5 admission per family. In addition to swimming, there will be dog contests, such as a tennis ball dive, best costume, best swimsuit, a pet-owner look alike competition and adoptable animals looking for their forever homes! $5 admission per family. A portion of the proceeds will help support homeless animals at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton!

The Miamisburg Parks and Recreation Department invites all canine lovers to come out to Library Park for the Canine Carnival. The Canine Carnival will feature vendors specializing in pet health and well-being, including information on dog grooming, security, veterinarian services, pet massage, monuments, training and supplies. The Humane Society will be there with some loveable animals looking for their forever homes.
